Is there a free shuttle service once there? How long do you get to spend there? Does the bus go to eagle point and guano point? Will any food be provided?

There is free shuttle service provided inside of Grand Canyon West Rim.
Usually you will spend 4 hours inside of the Park.
The shuttle inside of the park will take you to Eagle Point and Guano Point.
Lunch will be included in the tour price.

The drop off locations will be the same as the designated meeting points
except for the Sacramento location.
You can return to any of the locations but regretfully Sacramento is not a drop off option.

Currently, the August 29th departure is available for booking with limited seating, however you are welcomed to submit your booking request.
There should be quite a few paid parking facilities in the area around the pickup locations, but we will not be able to directly advise you of any specific facilities, as it will be your responsibility to ensure you select a safe and reliable parking location if you choose to leave your car at any location overnight or longer.

I have a couple of questions I hope you can answer:
1) Shall we stop by the "Route 66" and "Welcome to Las Vegas sign" for a quick photo op?
2) Does the hotel accommodation include breakfast?
3) You have mentioned DAY1 expected arrival in Vegas is at 4pm. If we leave LA the latest 9am (last time of pick up) that would be 7hrs of travel time already (as mentioned 5hrs travel time from LA to LV) .. Pls advise stop overs aside from lunch,if theres any

1. No, this tour will not stop by "Route 66" and "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign.
2. Meals are not included in the tour price. Meal stops will be arranged by the tour guide at restaurants, food courts, etc..
3. On the way to Las Vegas, you will have restroom breaks and a lunch break. It will take around 5 hours from Los Angeles to Vegas without any breaks.

Yes, this is because the tour guide will do the group check-in for customers. You will not be able to check in by yourself.
If you can't catch the tour at 3:30pm, we suggest you to leave us a comment when booking online and request for tour guide information. Then you can contact the tour guide upon your arrival. The tour guide will take customers to the night tour and usually they will be back in the hotel around 9-10PM.
Also, tour guide information can only be confirmed 1 day before tour departure.
